The Olojo Festival held once in a year in Ile Ife is believed to be a very powerful festival where the king is adorned with the oldest crown in history.
The crown known as “Ade Aare” is reportedly so powerful that beholding it alone is an answer to many prayers.
Olojo festival is rich in history, culture and tradition bringing indigenes from all corners of the earth. The Ooni Of Ife Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi went into seclusion of 7 days prior to the event and his emergence began the festivities.
He was adorned with the powerful Ade Aare during the event and the king prayed for every one in attendance.
