Real estate magnate and managing director of Harmony Gardens And Estate Development Limited, Hon. Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, and the Chief Executive Officer of Redbricks Homes International Limited (owners of Amen Estate, Lekki, Lagos), Folasade Balogun (formerly Folasade Gbadamosi) have jointly refuted all allegations levied against him by one Adeyinka Igbinoba.
Igbinoba’s accomplices allegedly Biodun Abdul and Mrs Okoror, who were sponsored, by Babatunde Gbadamosi (BOG), according to a petition filed by the real estate bosses.
The petitioner implored the police and the Office of the Lagos State Attorney General to intervene in the matter with fairness.
Stressing that their personalities were defamed by the false allegation Igbinoba, whom Mosadoluwa regarded as the ‘Daughter of Jezebel’, who misled the media industry with a video she refused to present as evidence for fraud, forgery, attempted murder accusation and bodily harm injuries.
Mosadoluwa, who decried that government officials and the media were involved in the defamation claims, stressed the need for public officials to be balanced in performing their duties especially when individuals’ reputations are involved.
He also disclosed that many public officers, who were “saddled with investigation responsibilities are only pursuing bribery, fostering interest and having fear of media or gender sentimental and unsurprisingly, the interplay between these interests can quickly become contentious.
On the accusation of N30 million fraud
Mosadoluwa, explained that Abdul Abiodun of Keshab Properties and Olubunmi Okoror approached his office “to purchase a parcel of Land through one Kola Opeodu — an acquittance of him and also Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi.
According to him, the transaction was concluded at N120 million, in which Adeyinka Igbinoba and her sister deposited N30 million and pledged to pay the balance of N90 million naira within two weeks before taking possession.
However, instead of perfecting their obligation in completing the payment, Mosadoluwa said Igbinoba, the petition states, called him to demand for refund, and also threatened him with the EFCC, claiming that their checks revealed that the certificate of occupancy (CofO) they were issued was forged.
According to a statement by Mosadoluwa, “contrary to their claims, EFCC and The Nigeria Police wrote to the Land Bureau and the Lagos State Land Bureau confirmed that the C of O is genuine and that it was initially issued to one Chief Daramola of Agidi-Ogun, who sold 15 hectares to Mosadoluwa through his company, Harmony Gardens.
The statement day “ACP Musa of IGP Monitoring Units double standard police investigation report” also “confirmed that the allegation of fraud to be false”
Imploring the Nigeria Police, the Office of the Attorney General and the Media to request for the video, Igbinoba — who he regarded as ‘Daughter of Jezebel’ — declared to be in the cloud space which shows he broke her legs with carved wood, he insisted that Igbinoba had misled some Nigerian Journalists to commit criminal defamation.
The Managing Director of Harmony Gardens also disclosed that Igbinoba and his cohorts were promised a home in Amen Estate by Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi to ensure they send him (Mosadoluwa) and his former wife, Sade Balogun, to prison.
On the allegation of attempted murder
Mosadoluwa, decried that the Police, which had earlier “admitted in their report that it has no evidence for, but still recommended that Hon. Audullahi Saheed should be charged to court for grievous harm to bodily injury based on circumstantial evidence that probably falls within the corridor of his office.
Alleging that the police, conniving with some officer of Lagos Attorney General wanted to use the voice note of altercations where Adeyinka, her mother and her sibling’s voice with him could be heard, even when her mother, in her statement to the police, confessed that “she did not know when the Mosadoluwa broke her daughter legs, until after 45 mins while she was still sitting in the office”.
Insisting that Adeyinka Igbinoba should play the video of the face of Mosadoluwa, shattering her leg, as boasted during Dr Kemi Olunloyo’s Twitter Space, alleged that Igbinoba and others employed by embattled Babatunde Olalere Gbadamosi, who was still nursing his bitter divorced with Sade Balogun.
He also stressed that some officers of the law were misleading both the I.G.P and the AG Lagos State, because of their fear of losing what Babatunde Gbadamosi promised them in executing the malicious prosecution at all cost.
The Harmony Gardens Boss implored the Media to ask Adeyinka Igbinoba about the video clips she claimed to have on Cloud during the Dr Olukemi Olunloyo Twitter Space, and also the evidence of her claims of attempted murderer allegation against Sade Balogun or the threat to life if she is not being used by Gbadamosi.
He expressed displeasure in his allegation that some officials of the Attorney-General office, who were saddled to protect could be bought cheaply, and wanted to rely on a concocted police investigation report of SP Akin Ogundile and ACP Musa of IGP Monitoring Units, who were working under instruction of the CSP Muyiwa Adejobi, who also initiate CSP Egwu of the CP Legal to just write to send the baseless report to the AG Lagos to prosecute at all cost.
Mosadoluwa also accused Gbadamosi of boasting everywhere that they have also finalised with the AG officers to draft in a judge that will remand him and Sade Balogun, on trumped-up charges of bodily harm and likely conduct.
He backed his accusation up with “Adeyinka Igbinoba confirmed on Dr Olukemi Olunloyo Twitter Space that the duo of SP Akin Ogundile reporting to ACP Musa of the IGP Monitoring Units are the one that assembled lawyer for her in Abuja to intimidate” him.
The real estate businessman said Igbinoba stated during Kemi Olunloyo’s Twitter that the ACP Musa Ibraheem of IGP Monitoring Units Force Mosadoluwa to release the balance of the 15 million Naira against his wish, another N5 million as compensation to the Kolajo Ogundile personal account and another 1 million Naira to the police lawyer who demanded that he Mosadoluwa must pay N500 million to Adeyinka Igbinoba before Sade Balogun could be release from detention.
