Real estate mogul Akintayo Adaralegbe was among the dignitaries celebrated at the 17th edition of the Global Excellence Recognition Awards in Lagos on Sunday.
The event, organised by Global Excellence Magazine, saw big shots like Lagos’ Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and several others given awards for contributing positively to society with multiple touches of excellence.
Adaralegbe’s award category ranked among the highest for the night and applause filled the hall as the organisers named the mogul the Real Estate Personality of the Year 2021.
The organisers showered accolades on Adaralegbe, who is the CEO of T. Pumpy Concept Limited, for adding value to infrastructural development and the environment in Nigeria and conducting real estate business without sacrificing sincerity, transparency and humanity.
“I feel very happy and excited for being recognised here,” Adaralegbe, after receiving his award, told GoldMyne TV. “Our unique selling points at T. Pumpy Concept Limited are availability and transparency and we will not relent in pursuing these,” he said.

Adaralegbe is an accountant and an honourary fellowship holder in Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH), Esa-Oke, Osun State. The married father of three is renowned for his philanthropy.
His real estate company, T. Pumpy Concept Limited, which owns no less than 28 estate units in the federal capital territory, Abuja, alone, has become a household name in real estate development in Nigeria.
