Exclusive: Do2dtun Attacks The US Embassy

Oladotun “Do2dtun” Kayode, a well‑known Nigerian media personality and OAP cries out again about the relocation of his kids to the US without his permission. This time, it is to attack the US Embassy.
For three years, he’s been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his estranged wife Omotayo Oyebanjo who also happens to be the younger sister to musician D’Banj.
The divorce reportedly happened a few years ago, and since then, disputes over access to their two daughters have dominated headlines.
In messages posted on his birthday (April 2024), Do2dtun publicly accused his ex‑in‑laws of trying to “destroy his name, family and kids.”, alleging a campaign against him to block him from seeing his children.
So the tension and history of mistrust between them is has been on for years but what’s new and has stoked public outrage is the recent allegation from Do2dtun that his children were secretly moved abroad.
On Saturday, 29th November 2025, Do2dtun again made public a dramatic series of allegations via posts on X (formerly Twitter) claiming that his two children were secretly issued new U.S. passports and have been relocated abroad, reportedly to the United States, without his knowledge or consent, in spite of an ongoing legal custody dispute.
He says he still had their original travel documents, and questions how the passports could have been issued without his approval, or a court order, or his presence. He directly named the former U.S. Consul General in Nigeria at the time, Mary Beth Leonard, accusing her and the U.S. Embassy of collusion in what he described as an “illegal relocation” of his children.
In one of his posts, he wrote: “This was the picture they took with my kids before they were abducted.” He asked: “Bring my kids to me.” framing the move as kidnapping rather than legal relocation.
He reiterated: “I am an amazing father and I deserve equal right and fairness.”
Do2dtun claims there was a court order in effect implying that the relocation would be unlawful without his consent. The issuance of U.S. passports to the children, reportedly without the father’s approval, suggests possible breach of procedure or misrepresentation, unless the mother presented the children under a different citizenship status.
If verified, the alleged act would raise serious human‑rights, parental‑rights, and legal accountability questions, especially around cross-border relocation of minors.
Neither the U.S. Embassy in Nigeria, Mary Beth Leonard, nor Omotayo Oyebanjo (or her family, including D’Banj) have publicly responded to the fresh attack.
Do2dtun’s fresh outrage, about how hat his kids were allegedly relocated to the U.S. without his knowledge or consent and his attack on the US Embassy, has stirred shock, anger, and a demand for answers. With posts calling out embassies, public figures, and a family network, he continues to paint a picture of a father cut off from his children through a process he calls “abduction.”
