South west govs in Lagos for closed-door meeting
Members of South West Governors Forum arrived in Lagos on Monday for a closed-door meeting.
The governors were received by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja.
Five governors of member states present at the meeting include, Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, and Governor Abiodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State.
The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Lagos governor, Wale Ajetunmobi, disclosed this in videos shared on X.com on Monday.
He wrote, “Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu receiving Governors from Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Osun and Ekiti for the meeting of Southwest Governors’ Forum holding today at Lagos House, Alausa, Ikeja.”
The SA also shared videos of the arrival of the governors at the venue.
The details of the meeting are yet to be disclosed.
