Lanre Teriba, a. k. a. Atorise, sings gospel. So, the last thing we were expecting during his performance in Lagos last night was a beautiful woman twerking beside him on stage.
Atorise delivered a seven-star performance at the 17th edition of the Global Excellence Recognition Awards which was held at BALMORAL in Oregun.
Atorise was so on fire for the night that popular Lagos lawmaker Segun Olulade ‘Eleniyan’ hit the dance floor in excitement
Then ‘the unexpected’ happened.
A damsel went on stage to rain some cash on the gospel singer and also display her dancing prowess.

She twisted and turned and twerked with Atorise switching from hailing dignitaries to practically rebuking the ‘devil’, with the rest of the audience relishing the moment in light-hearted amusement.
When our dancer was done dancing, she greeted the gospel singer who responded with grace.

The event was organised by Global Excellence Magazine, with big shots like Lagos’ Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and several others bagging awards for contributing positively to society with multiple touches of excellence.
