“You’re a Zombie” – Actress Opeyemi Aiyeola Slams Eniola Badmus Over Hair Loss Comment
Nollywood actress Opeyemi Aiyeola has publicly called out her colleague, Eniola Badmus, over what she described as an insensitive and hurtful comment about her hair loss.
In an emotional video shared on Instagram, Aiyeola reacted to Badmus’ comment on her post, which read, “Ope, where is your front hair?” She expressed shock and disappointment, especially considering Badmus’ own past experiences with body-shaming.
“You, Eniola, who once faced harsh ridicule on social media, should understand the pain of being mocked. But you came under my post to shame me,” Aiyeola said.
She also accused Badmus of rarely showing support for her and found it ironic that someone who barely engages with her content would choose to leave a mocking comment. She described Badmus’ behaviour as ignorant, unkind, and lacking in empathy.
Aiyeola didn’t hold back, labelling Badmus a “zombie” for acting without conscience or compassion. “You are a zombie. No heart, no conscience. I pity the people who call you their friend,” she added.
She also criticised Badmus for acting irresponsibly despite holding a political position and being trusted by Nigerian youth. Aiyeola said such public figures should uplift others, not tear them down.
Despite the attack, Aiyeola thanked her followers who had shown genuine concern about her hair loss, assuring them she feels loved and accepted just the way she is.
As of the time of this report, Eniola Badmus has not responded to the call-out.
