Wale Turner/No
Released September 2016, this Pheelz produced masterpiece is reminiscent of Jahbless’ 2011 hit song ”Joor.’ Wale Turner, worked his magic with the relaxing sounds from the drums, saxophone, among other instruments employed on this record, to produce the catchy hit bursting with creativity.
Niniola/Maradona
Sarz cast a spell on this, if you disagree, speak on it!
Since Niniola’s arrival on the scene, a few misses here and there, alongside some great songs . To say she is underrated by most consumers, is no understatement. ”Maradona”, released in 2017, remains a favorite amongst music lovers. Armed with a killer beat, and some damn fine lyrics, Nini worked her magic on this record, with little to no effort. ”Maradona” went on to top several charts and still carries in it, it’s awesomeness.
Waje/ Mountain
Exceptional is how best to describe the artist and her art. Waje has continuously churned out stellar materials since her emergence on the scene and has proven beyond doubt she can do no wrong. ”Mountain” not only is a conscious record, but I dare say should be incorporated into the list of classic music, should there be a list, this record stood the test of time.
Sean Tizzle – Wasted
Tizzle since hitting the limelight has continued to wow music lovers across the globe. Fresh off of welcoming his daughter, the singer dropped the massively undervalued hit ”Wasted” which to date is a fan favourite. With a cute selection of relaxing musical instruments alongside Sean Tizzle’s charismatic vocals, ”Wasted” is one song that should be making a grand comeback on our playlists.
Tiwa Savage / All Over
With a trajectory of awesome records, Tiwa is that girl. What other way to end an awesome list than with a record from the ”Kween” herself. ”All Over” was released alongside other records on the ”Sugarcane” album, Tiwa released back in 2017. With a killer beat and beautiful lyrics, this is one record, a love song, many and anyone can relate to and bop to.
