Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is presiding over today’s Federal Executive (FEC) meeting at the State House in Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari who usually chairs the cabinet meeting is participating at the 76th edition of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in New York.
The president will return to Nigeria after the crucial UN event.
