Police visit Lagos home of Nedu’s ex-wife, Uzoamaka
The police have invited Uzoamaka Ohiri, the former wife of comedian, Nedu.
Officers from the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, visited Uzoamaka’s home in the Ajah area of Lagos on Tuesday evening.
She wasn’t at home, so they told the security guard to inform her to report at the SCID on Thursday, it was gathered.
Uzoamaka is locked in a post-marriage battle with Nedu whose real name is Ani Chinedu Emmanuel.
The lady has also dragged rib-cracker Osama Comedian to court over his comments on the controversy.
Uzoamaka said she once reported Nedu’s alleged assault to the police but the force turned against her after learning that her alleged beater was a celebrity.
Nedu and Uzoamaka accused each other of domestic violence. The couple separated after their marriage, held in 2014, collapsed.
“We tried,” she said in an exclusive interview with GoldMyne TV, “but it didn’t work out”.
