Singer Yemi Alade robbed in Abidjan
Nigerian singer Yemi Alade has revealed she was recently robbed.
The ‘Beggin’ crooner revealed she was robbed over the weekend while in Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire where she had gone to perform.
Via her Instagram on Monday, the singer told fans how the robbers ransacked her belongings, and stole all the money they could find.
She wrote: “A few minutes after I left my room, some unknown people decided to go through my things and steal: all the money they could find, Very good.”
Yemi had attended and performed at the Creative Africa Nexus Weekend.
