2. Write out a list of things that excites you

 6 PM Sunday, make a list of things that excites you and you look forward to at work, this will help put you in positive mind space for the week. if somehow you find it difficult to write down things that excite you, then this may be a signal that some changes have to be effected immediately.

3. Sleep and rest well: To have a successful day, it is paramount that one gets enough sleep and rest. Hit your sheets early on Sunday night as this helps you wake up feeling well-rested. Wake up a tad bit earlier than other days to create that 30 minutes of me-time where you get to enjoy your breakfast, maybe even do some exercises before leaving for work.
