Is Tacha a 2x Guiness-World-Record Holder?
It’s been raining Guinness World Records in Nigeria since May 2023 when Hilda Baci broke the record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. Several others have gone on to break different records.
And so, it came as no surprise when ex-BBN star, fashionista, and makeup artist Tacha announced her interest in breaking the record for “Most Makeovers Completed in 24 Hours.”
On October 11th, 2025, she began her quest to complete 150 cosmetic makeovers in 24 hours, and by October 12th, 2025, she had broken two records — 145 makeovers in 24 hours and 82 within the first 8 hours — surpassing the previous 113 makeovers within 24 hours.
She was cheered on with excitement by many, including Mercy Eke, her BBN rival turned friend.
But weeks later, without an official update, curiosity has risen among fans and well-wishers as to when she will be officially announced.
In an interview, Tacha also admitted to waiting for their response and promised to share the news with the world immediately she’s announced.
Well, fingers crossed — and good luck to Tacha as we anticipate the good news.
