Court revokes Jaruma’s bail, orders police to re-arrest ‘kayanmata’ seller
Justice Ismaila Abdullahi of an Upper Area Court in Abuja has revoked the bail of a popular aphrodisiac seller Hauwa Mohammed, aka Jaruma.
Delivering the judgment on Wednesday, the judge ordered the re-arrest of Jaruma.
He directed that the ‘kayanmata’ merchant should be remanded in the Suleja Correctional Centre following her and lawyers’ absence in court.
Abdullahi adjourned the case till March 17.
Recall that Jaruma was granted bail after she was arraigned for alleged defamation of character, false news publication and intimidation of actress Regina Daniels’ husband, Ned Nwoko, on Instagram.
