Reno Omokri organises protest to ‘harass Buhari out of New York’

Former presidency spokesperson Reno Omokri will stage an anti-government protest in New York today.

Omokri, who worked under former Nigerian leader Goodluck Jonathan, organised the protest as current President Muhammadu Buhari is set to address the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

“The only thing on my mind today is #HARASSBUHARIOUTOFNEWYORK,” Omokri said in a tweet on Friday.

“Join me at 12 noon today at Nigeria House, 828, 2nd Avenue, New York, to chase Buhari out of town.

“The naira is now worthless than Zimbabwean dollar. And Buhari is still bambiala begging Netherlands for debt? Enough!”

Omokri organised a similar protest in London when Buhari was in the UK for health reasons.

Meanwhile, some black Americans have been spotted on the streets of New York protecting for individuals who apparently paid them to do so. Watch one of them…
